There were no changes for Rautakesko in Latvia, where the Finnish company still has one K-Rauta store. Sales amounted to € 22 mio (+ 2.2 per cent) in 2004. The company had four stores in operation in Estonia, which generated sales of € 51 mio (+ 13.3 per cent). Rautakesko has a majority stake in the Senukai builders’ merchant and DIY retail group in Lithuania, which achieved sales of € 249 mio (+ 45 per cent) in 2004 with 13 Senukai stores and 77 affiliated partner shops. The number of outlets has risen by 22. In Lithuania the JSC Vinukas group has taken over DIY operator Rubikon with its four stores. Vinukas operates two DIY stores under the name of Statybu Panoram in Kaunas.
